WHO AND WHAT IS "SA BASS"?

“SA BASS” and “Cast-For-Cash” are trademarks of SA Bass Magazine. “SA BASS’ is the abbreviation for the ‘South Africa Bass Angling Sport Society’, an organisation that exists to further the interests of bass anglers in South Africa.
The Society does provides a home for thousands of enthusiastic bassers who want to live their passion without the constraints of organised angling.
The Society offers various benefits and rewards to its members and strives to provide everyone with something that is of value and interest. To achieve its objectives, the Society’s activities include a variety of projects, namely:

MISSION:
To be a major and influential role player in recreational and competitive bass angling in South Africa.

OBJECTIVES:

To provide opportunities and services that enhance the bass angling experience of its members
To establish and maintain a highly favourable and socially acceptable image of bass angling among all sectors of society;
To promote and enhance the ethics and sport of bass angling for both recreational and competitive bass anglers;
To maintain and administrate an economically sound organization;
To seek co-operation with like-minded organisations in South Africa and in other countries.
To undertake and implement any action which it deems to be advantageous to achieving its Mission.
