Description of Business
BB Print originated in 1999, it’s function being general printers and lithographers. We specialize in quality printed matter from one colour up to full colour – from business cards and letterheads to long run full colour magazines. The company also has a pre-press department that does flatbed scanning, image setting and layout & design.

Since April 2001 we publish our own magazine. SA Bass is a high gloss, full colour magazine, distributed monthly by RNA nationally to C.N.A, PNA, SPAR and selected fishing tackle stores. We also make use of Reception Services and to distribute our magazine to airport lounges, hotels, game lodges, waiting rooms and business reception areas. We also have subscribers. As from the February 2003 issue, SA Bass is also available at selected Pick-n-Pay outlets.

The shareholders of BB Print are Wilma and Hannes Lindeque.

Conditions
In a contract that may arise out of our quotation, customers will be deemed to have ordered subject to the following conditions as well as the standard conditions and recognized customs of the printing industry in South Africa, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• To accept our quotation, please fax a signed copy to (012) 329 5539 and supply us with your sample or chromalin proof.
• Your work will not be placed into production until we have received a written order to proceed, AND your credit arrangements have been finalized.
• Our quotations are based on our normal production schedules, subject to the availability of material. If your require that your job must be delivered earlier than our normal production schedule permits, the additional overtime costs will be for your account.
• All our prices are subjected to material and labour increases especially to paper price increases after the date of quotation.
• Our quotations are only valid for THIRTY (30) days and is subject to the ruling paper price at the time of printing.
• Our quoted prices will be adjusted if your order differs from our written quotation.
• Authors corrections will be charged in addition.
Terms
The total amount is payable in CASH or by BANK GUARANTEED cheque on DELIVERY of your order if no other suitable financial arrangements have been made.
